Hi, I’m Ita — founder, formulator, and the hands behind everything you see here at Ita’s Natural Essentials.

What started as a love of natural ingredients and a curiosity about how they work has grown into something much more meaningful. Today, my work sits at the meeting point of nature, science, and creativity.

I create small-batch skincare using plant-based ingredients, always with sensitive skin in mind. Every formula is carefully considered, not just for how it feels, but for how it performs. I believe natural skincare should be both gentle and effective, without compromise.

Alongside my products, I run hands-on workshops where I teach others how to create their own soaps and skincare safely and confidently. These sessions are about more than just making products — they’re about understanding what you’re using, enjoying the process, and reconnecting with simple, creative skills.

As my customers have grown with me, so has my work. Many of the women I create for are navigating changes in their skin and want products that support them, not fight against them. That’s where Midlife Blush comes in — a collection designed to nourish, support, and celebrate skin as it evolves, without the need for “anti-ageing” promises.

Everything is made here in Lancashire, inspired by the seasons, the surrounding landscape, and everyday life — often with my Border Collies nearby (until the scents send them running!).
