REFUND POLICY
Your Consumer Rights Under UK consumer protection law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, subject to the exceptions below.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015
Personal Care Products Due to health and hygiene regulations, personal care products (including skincare, body care, and beauty items) are exempt from the 14-day cancellation right once the seal has been broken. Sealed products can be returned within 14 days for a full refund.
Workshops and Events Cancellations & Refunds
If you need to cancel your booking, refunds will be issued provided notice is given at least 14 working days before the workshop date.
For workshop cancellations made more than 14 working days before the event, a refund will be issued less a 5% administration fee to cover non-refundable payment processing and booking costs
Within 14 Working Days
Cancellations made within 14 working days of the workshop are not eligible for a refund, as materials, venue hire and preparation time are committed in advance.
Rescheduling
If you are unable to attend within 14 working days, you may request to transfer your seat to a future workshop (subject to availability) or gift your place to someone else.
Illness & Emergencies
We understand that life can be unpredictable. If illness or an emergency prevents attendance, please contact us as soon as possible we will always do our best to help where we reasonably can.
Workshop Cancellation by Us
On the rare occasion that we must reschedule or cancel a workshop (e.g. illness, extreme weather or venue issue), you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to a future date.
Age & Safety Requirements
Certain workshops may have age requirements or safety considerations. Details will be displayed on each workshop listing.
Waitlist
If a workshop is full, you may request to join the waitlist and will be notified if a space becomes available.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at ita@itasnaturalessentials.com with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
How to Return To return an item, contact us at ita@itasnaturalessentials.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Return items to: 68 Brick Kiln Lane, Ormskirk Lancashire L40 1SZ. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refund Processing Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and process your refund within 14 days to your original payment method.
