Pipe Festive Poinsettia Soap Bars
Spend a relaxed and creative morning learning to pipe beautiful festive soaps inspired by buttercream cake decorating.
In this hands on workshop you will decorate a full artisan soap loaf using simple piped poinsettia flowers and leaves. Once cut, your loaf will become a collection of elegant Christmas soap bars ready for gifting or enjoying at home.
No previous soap making experience is needed. Just bring your curiosity and a love of creativity.
Expect colour, laughter, tea, biscuits and a wonderfully satisfying morning of making.
What You Will Create
During the workshop you will decorate a full artisan soap loaf with festive piped poinsettias and leaves.
Once cut your loaf will become approximately 10 to 11 Christmas soap bars.
Because traditional cold process soap needs time to set and cure, your soap will remain with me after the workshop so it can be safely unmoulded and cut.
Your finished bars will then be cured and wrapped before being posted to you or made available for collection.
Many guests love receiving their finished soaps a few weeks later as a little surprise delivery.
What You Will Learn
You will be guided step by step through the process in a relaxed and supportive environment.
You will learn how to
• prepare cold process soap using skin loving plant oils
• prepare soap buttercream suitable for piping
• pipe simple poinsettia flowers
• pipe leaves and decorative accents
• decorate a full soap loaf ready for cutting into bars
No previous soap making experience is required.
