Luxury Three-Wick Candle Workshop

Saturday 28 November · 10am–12pm · The Window Box Workshop, Tarleton

I’ve been quietly working on something new, and I couldn’t wait to share it with you.

Introducing my Luxury Three-Wick Candle Workshop — a slower, more indulgent kind of make, centred around a candle that is every bit as beautiful as it is substantial.

This workshop comes from the same maker behind Serenity, my Vegan Beauty Award-winning candle, so you’ll be learning the care, testing and techniques that sit behind creating a beautifully performing candle.

What Makes This Workshop Different

A beautiful heavyweight vessel

Your candle will be poured into a deep frosted-green glass bowl — a substantial, boutique-style vessel designed to look just as beautiful in your home as the candle itself.

Once filled, your finished candle will weigh approximately 1.4kg.

Three carefully positioned wicks

You’ll prepare and wick your own vessel and learn why wick choice, spacing and positioning matter when working with a large candle.

A generous 525g candle

You’ll blend and pour approximately 525g of fragranced wax, creating a proper statement candle rather than a small jar candle.

Thoughtfully fragranced

You’ll learn how fragrance, wax, vessel and wick all need to work together to create a candle that performs beautifully — from the scent you enjoy when the candle is cold to the fragrance it releases when burning.

The finished candle will form part of The Stillroom Collection, with a planned retail price of around £59.

Choose Your Fragrance from The Stillroom Collection

Clarity

Bright and uplifting
Luminous citrus, warm amber and soft woods.

Hearth

Warm and comforting
Warm woods, gentle spice and glowing amber.

Indulgence

Rich and heady
Dark fruits, velvety florals and earthy woods.

Workshop guests will be among the first to experience The Stillroom Collection before its wider launch.

Skills to Take Away

This workshop is about more than simply following a recipe.

You’ll learn the principles behind:

  • preparing a candle vessel
  • positioning multiple wicks
  • accurately weighing wax and fragrance
  • blending and pouring your candle
  • understanding why wick, wax, fragrance and vessel need to work together

You’ll leave with a better understanding of the candle-making process and knowledge you can build on if you decide to explore candle making further to give as gifts to your friends and relatives.

Saturday 28 November
10am–12pm

This small-group candle-making workshop takes place at The Window Box Workshop in Tarleton, Lancashire.

Your workshop includes:

  • your heavyweight frosted-green glass candle vessel
  • approximately 525g of fragranced wax
  • your choice of Stillroom fragrance
  • three candle wicks
  • all candle-making materials and equipment
  • small-group tuition and individual guidance
  • light refreshments, lively conversation and, of course, chocolate 🍫

Taking Your Candle Home

Because this is such a substantial candle, it needs time to set safely after pouring.

Your candle will therefore stay with me after the workshop rather than being carried home while the wax is still warm and vulnerable.

Once it is ready, you can either:

Collect your candle at no additional cost, or

Choose secure UK tracked delivery for an additional charge.

Posted candles will be carefully packed in protective packaging for safe delivery.

I’ll also let you know when your candle has had sufficient curing time before its first burn, so you can enjoy it at its best.

A Relaxed, Hands-On Experience

As with all my workshops, numbers are kept small so everyone has plenty of time, support and individual guidance.

This is not about rushing through a project.

It’s two hours to slow down, make something beautiful, learn something new and enjoy the company around the table.

Places are limited.

I can’t wait to make these with you.
